The flexible program includes naturopathic assessment and herbal treatment for duration of retreat, Nutritional advice and demonstrations, Yoga,Tai chi, Fitness Programs, Meditation, Stress Management, Bush Walking, massage, and additional activities with all gourmet vegetarian meals provided and juices if a detox retreat.

Grow your spiritually, by incorporating physical activity, diet advice and stress management/meditation skills, and putting you in touch with your natural health needs to start you off on a new health program.

The workshops are designed for those who need to rejuvenate themselves and are suited to those who are experiencing tiredness and fatigue, anxiety, poor health, digestive complaints and poor dietary habits, who need a detox and better ways to manage stress.

I’ve certainly maintained a high level of positive feeling re the future and feel less weighed down by ‘life’”

The retreat and all you (Judy) and Andrew offered me has renewed me emotionally which I know will lead to further benefits both spiritually and physically. I don’t feel as worn down and sad as I was feeling – and that in itself is worth more than I can say.”

Loved the meals. But would like to come back for your cooking

I love your food & will become more aware of what real food is about.

The accommodation was comfortable, quiet, totally peaceful. Hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome.

I was so comfortable in sharing a home, not an impersonal camp. I felt totally at ease with both Judy & Andrew & what they have shared with us. Don’t change a thing.

Not only inspired but will positively be acting on all the changes I need for a beautiful life.
